it's showing no signs of letting up good

morning guys well it's obviously the

next day and it's been blowing a Hooley

all night but we have a bit of a window

to get to roads before some bad winds

come in on Friday two roads and we need

to be there as a shelter so we've made a

decision we're going to go for it it

might be a bit of a bumpy ride but we've

got ten hour journey today to the first

destination and then two more ten-hour

days to get to roads I've packed

everything up you probably just heard

the anchor has been coming up the boys

are in here they're just doing what boys

we've packed everything away they're

gonna have their eyebrows for the first

time of the journey just while we assess

what the Seas like because it's been

blowing crazy here and we don't know

what it's gonna be like hours see

and now we failed because we've gone out

to sea and we're not even in open ocean

yeah and we've got 31 knots and the sea

is really rough so we know that if it

works got hit by a massive spray if we

went around the corner to where the sea

waves are going to shoot hard and it's

just going to be horrible ten hours of

hideous sea conditions and just being

thrown around and really not just not

really feeling very safe I'm actually

ready to go as well

finally boats be ready to go but all

things events be so Josh using your

route takes girls don't you well we're

back at my lip Potter speech don't we

were feeling more deflated because we

got the boat so ready to go it felt like

all the signs were there wasn't it to

just not be going for it would you agree

in my own way points on the phone just

to customize it to how I want to do it I

like to just be offshore a little bit

more than what Navionics does

automatically I put the same way points

in on the plotter so you have two

devices at the same coordinates Holly

steers a much better liar than I do to

take into account that with the tied

tracks that we're on route or off course

sorry and yeah it makes life very easy

just looking at the sea conditions and

it's already starting to pick up it's a

lot more white horses out here fingers

crossed it's not going to get too rough

we do have the option of failing at

Mangan re but after that you know it's

sort of a Niner sale where there's

nowhere to go

like its glorious now we've done the bad

I'm not kidding when I tell you that I

have fell like the demos the world's

worst Mother's Day I have been so snappy

because I have just basically a patch

right first I've ever been in strong

winds crises without much London

sidewalk with no land in sight and I'm

not gonna lie when I say it scared the

living bejesus out of me like the boys

were amazing baby he they just gone with

their they were watching their films

they were playing their iPads they're

playing games they were all they were

fine absolute fine no plates and I was

gripping the edge of my seat crying I've

cried a few times

petrified I was fact anyone who watched

it almost round Oh already that holds it

there the state anyway this is it with

say laying in it's like the most roller

coaster ride until you get used to wave

heights winds getting through a patch of

something and knowing that how you're

going to be totally safe

because everything's fine the boats

massive heavy sails can cope with their

all the rest of it when you've never

done it before anything you hit that's

time you've been through something

similar

it's always very intense and then once

you've been through it you get out of

sight and the calm waters just feel like

amazing and the scenery is amazing and

the ride is totally worth they're gonna

give the voice of a long attention after

this and also I think they really

deserve a treat or some prescription hi
